How To Use Our Online Store

  1. Select an menu item from the left hand menu i.e trousers and this will display all the items within this section of the web site.
  2. To view more information about the item, double click with your left hand mouse button on either the title of the item, the photograph or the Info button.
  3. The web site will then display comprehensive information about the item.
  4. To purchase, select the Colour and Size of the item and press the buy it now button
  5. This will place the item inside your Shopping Basket.
  6. You can now either purchase the product (see below) or continue shopping by pressing the Continue Shopping button

How To Purchase Items On The Web Site

  1. Select Your Location from the menu - this will determine the amount of postage and shipping you will be paying
  2. Review the items that you have placed in the shopping basket. If you no longer require an item you can press the Delete button next door to each item. The total will appear on the right hand side of the screen.
  3. Select the Postage Method
  4. Select your Preferred Currency
  5. Select your payment method
  6. All our credit payments are carried out by Protx on a secure server. We do not store your credit card numbers on the site.
  7. Complete the Billing and Delivery details
  8. Press the Send Order button
  9. You will then be redirected to the Protx web site, where you will be asked for your credit card details. Protx will then authorise the transaction and once this is complete you will be sent a email confirming your order.

Alternatives To Ordering Via The Web Site
As well as ordering from the web site, orders can be placed by phone, fax and post. More details can be found on the how to order page

What's Happening With My Order?
As soon as you place an order, you will be send an email verifying your order and giving approximate delivery dates. If there are any delays with your order, you will be notified by email immediately.


Although we will keep you informed about your order, please call us on 0870 005 7080 or email us on if you require further information.

Your order will be dispatched during the next working day when the item is in stock. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for delivery in the UK (and up to two weeks outside the UK). Should any item not be in stock, we will notify you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date.

Delivery options
There are 3 services for you to choose from. A signature is required with all our deliveries so we suggest that you give us an address and telephone number of someone who will be in (work address, neighbour, friend etc.).

  1. Standard delivery - Costs £4 and will be delivered by Royal Mail.
    All items in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days and
    should take up to 3 - 5 working days to arrive.
  2. First class registered delivery - Costs £8 and is a guaranteed
    service but a signature will be required on delivery. It will
    arrive the following day after an order is placed.
  3. Overseas orders (Credit Card Only) - Europe £6, Rest of the

Stock Availability
We have tried to order enough stock, but some items do sell better than expected. As stated in the catalogue and on the web site, some of our garments are limited editions. If an item you request is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and give you the details of delivery times. If you would like to check availability, call us on 0870 500 7080 or email

It takes 4 weeks to produce the garments from ordering the fabric to manufacturing and delivery to us. Unfortunately, as a small and new company, we cannot hold large amounts of stock so we have to reorder as required. As we grow and learn our customers' tastes and buying patterns, we hope to have larger quantities of available stock.

Can I See The Clothes Before I Buy Them?

We have a number of events that allow you to see our clothes before buying them.

We do have "fun evening shopping with friends" parties in the Greater London area. If you contact us, we can either organize one for you, or get you an invitation for a party coming soon. We can also travel around the country if you can guarantee us at least 10 people attending your party!
